On Sunday November 1st, the 1998 Maryland Fall Classic was held at Rising Sun High School in Rising Sun, Maryland. A total of 135 wrestlers competed in four separate divisions: Kids (41), Cadet (20), High School (59) and Open (15). The Maryland State Wrestling Association put on a fine tournament with the wonderful help of everyone at Rising Sun. Congratulations to all the placewinners and to all participants as well, you have shown that you are working hard to get ready for the fast approaching season.
